In response to the recent increase in tariffs announced by President Trump, we will have to adjust our wholesale prices in order to keep our business sustainable.

Our products are made in Thailand, and Taiwan. The current tariff for the products coming from Thailand is 36% and Taiwan is 32%. While we know that these figures may change, we are actively working on ways to try and mitigate this increase in our costs. But, with the current proposed tariffs, we predict that our wholesale prices will need to increase.

We are working on a new price list but wanted to send out this notification that there will be an increase effective May 9th 2025.

​

The increase amount will be subject  to change depending on any negotiations between the above countries and the US government.  Our hope is that the tariffs will eventually be much lower.

​

At Goli Design, we will do our best to adjust the prices to reflect the quality and value of our products. We strive to continue to design, develop and produce high-quality handmade products made with traditional craftmanship using materials sourced from the villages.

We hope to maintain our mission to help the craft people, especially women, in communities around developing areas of Thailand improve their financial situation.
